Handyman Insurance, Sacramento Arena Project Gets Protection From Environmental Litigation, Signs PLA

A bill designed to prevent environmental challenges for the new Sacramento Kings arena was passed days after a project labor agreement was reached. In an effort to expedite the construction of a new $448-million sports-and-entertainment arena in downtown Sacramento, the California Legislature late last week overwhelmingly passed a bill to prevent potential litigation over environmental concerns.
