Handyman Insurance, Newspaper Takes Another Shot at Caltrans’ Project Safety Testing

In the latest in an ongoing conflict between Caltrans and the Sacramento Bee newspaper about the agency’s safety testing procedures, the newspaper is claiming ignored several deficiency assessments of state transportation projects made by an internal engineering team.
